Definition of the Quality and Environment Care Policy
Novaword’s Management assumes the responsibility and commitment to carry out the formal establishment of a Quality and Environment Care Policy, i.e. the set of guidelines and objectives that, in terms of Quality and Environment Care, Novaword follows. This Policy is explicitly stated in this chapter of the “Manual Integrado de Gestión”, being periodically reviewed in order to be adapted to the Company.
The Management’s commitment with the Quality and Environment Care Policy implies that all types of efforts are put for it to be known, understood, and introduced by all the organizational levels of the Company.
The person in charge of enforcing this Quality and Environment Care Policy is the Quality and Environment Care Manager, appointed by the Management.
In the interests of the achievement of the general objectives of the Quality and Environment Care Policies, Novaword’s Management annually establishes particular objectives, sets responsibilities in their achievement, together with performance criteria, and allocating the necessary resources.
Quality and Environment Care Policy
Novaword is a company that has offered translation services since 2000. Novaword provides a global linguistic adaptation process of languages, which includes translation, review and quality control of the material. Project management is based on comprehensive supervision at each stage, as well as on continuous communication with customers.
Aware of its importance as a guarantee of present and future, the Management declares Quality and respect for the Environment as the top strategic objective, and wants to make it known to its workers, customers and suppliers, therefore its policy is based on the next ten principles:
Novaword is designed to the Continuous Improvement of its services and products, by means of the necessary tools to make this improvement possible.
The company is aware that quality is not the result of close examination, but of proper and thorough planning, implementation and review of jobs on a regular basis.
The quality of our services and products relies on understanding and meeting at any time the expectations of our customers, in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Novaword has successfully implemented an Integrated Management System, making the principles and compromises in this policy known, understood, developed and kept up to date at all levels of the Company.
Novaword ensures effective compliance with the environmental laws and regulations in force, together with other requirements that it may adhere to, in addition to a full compliance with the customer requirements, showing maximum flexibility to adapt to them.
In Novaword the possible causes of faults or shortcomings are identified and removed in processes and procedures contributing in this way to the greater effectiveness of our Integrated Management System.
Quality and its improvement and Respect for the Environment will hardly occur without the improvement of human resources. That is why the Management will pay maximum attention to the competition of the staff at all levels.
The company is committed in a process that involves the constant identification and evaluation of the Company’s environmental aspects as a tool for prevention and continuous improvement.
The Company ensures that all its activities and products may be developed in the framework established in this Policy, which will be appropriate to the nature, extent and environmental impacts which are generated or can be generated.
Novaword establishes and reviews its environmental objectives and targets and the quality on a regular basis, to develop the provisions of this policy.
